For the Crumb Topping

brown sugar

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the loaf pan with baking parchment.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients until well combined.
In another bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
Spoon half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle half of the crumb topping over it.
Add the remaining batter on top and finish with the leftover crumb topping.
Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

This banana bread can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
