Ingredients
  

Frozen Fruits

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks or mango puree ¾ cup if using mango puree

Liquids

  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • If necessary, adjust the thickness with additional orange juice. Add more sweetener if required.
  • Divide the smoothie between 2 tall glasses and serve garnished with fresh strawberries, mango chunks, and pineapple. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

Use fresh mangoes when in season or store-bought frozen mango chunks. Chill the glass beforehand for a thicker, chilled smoothie.
