Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon Tesco Finest Sicilian extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 large peach, sliced into 1cm slices
  • 4 slices Tesco Finest white sourdough loaf
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 Tesco Finest Italian burrata
  • 4-5 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves stripped
  • 2 tablespoon Tesco Finest orange blossom honey

Instructions
 

  • Heat a griddle pan over a high heat, add 1 tablespoon of the oil and griddle the peach slices for 3-4 mins on each side until charred and lightly golden. Set aside.
  • Griddle the sourdough until golden and lightly charred on both sides.
  • Rub the garlic over the griddled sourdough.
  • In a shallow bowl, gently quarter the burrata then divide across the slices of sourdough.
  • Arrange the peach slices on top, drizzle over the honey and remaining 1 tablespoon of oil, then sprinkle over the fresh thyme leaves. Season and serve.
