Ingredients
  

Fruits and Vegetables

  • 4 pieces mangos sliced and cubed
  • 2 pieces avocados sliced and cubed
  • 1 unit red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 handful pepitas
  • chopped cilantro for topping

Dressing

  • 2-3 pieces limes
  • 1 tablespoon Evermill cayenne pepper more if you like spice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • flaky sea salt
  • pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice mangos and avocados into a cube shape. Season avocado with a little lime juice to keep from browning. Thinly slice red onion and add all to a bowl.
  • Make dressing: Whisk lime juice, Evermill cayenne pepper, olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Top over fruits. Top with pepitas and chopped cilantro. Enjoy!
