Citrus and Vegetables

  • 1 large orange
  • 3 medium satsuma
  • 1 medium lime
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 teaspoon ground ginger fresh grated

Preparation

  • Peel the ginger. Peel and wash the carrot. Grate the carrot and ginger into small bits.
  • Juice the orange, lime, and satsumas into a large measuring jug. Add the citrus juice, grated carrot, and ginger to a blender. Mix until fully combined. Use a sieve if desired.
  • Store in the fridge and take one wellness shot every morning.

Notes

You can replace the orange with blood orange for a sweeter taste. Add more ginger for a fierier shot without changing the consistency.
