- 1 pound ground pork
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh gingerroot
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon mirin sweet rice wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 12 pieces wonton wrappers circles
- Chili crisp sauce optional
- sliced green onions optional
- sesame seeds optional
- soy sauce optional
In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly.
Place one-third of filling in the bottom of a 3-cup baking dish. Cut three wonton wrappers in half; place around the edge of the dish, cut side in. Place one whole wonton wrapper in the center, creating a layer of wonton wrappers. Repeat layers twice.
In a large saucepot, place a steamer basket over 1 in. of water. Place wonton lasagna in basket. Bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to maintain a simmer; steam, covered, until a thermometer inserted into the center of the dish registers 160°, 30-35 minutes.
Garnish with chili crisp, sliced green onions, sesame seeds and soy sauce, as desired.
