Equipment

  • pitcher

Ingredients

Fruity Base

  • 1 bottle White Wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 medium Green Apple (Granny Smith or any tart apple variety) sliced
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 2 cups Sparkling Water plain or flavored
  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit (Strawberries, Oranges, Blueberries) sliced
  • 1 to taste Sweetener (Simple Syrup, Agave Syrup, or Honey)

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Start by washing and slicing your green apples and any additional fruit you’d like to include, such as strawberries or oranges.
  • In a large pitcher, pour in your white wine (or non-alcoholic alternative) and add the pineapple juice. Stir gently to combine the liquids.
  • Toss in the sliced green apples, allowing them to soak in the mixture for a few minutes.
  • Add any other fruits you chose, like strawberries or blueberries.
  • If you like your sangria a bit sweeter, now is the time to add simple syrup or your chosen sweetener. Stir well to ensure it's evenly distributed.
  • Cover the pitcher and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • When you're ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the sangria over. Top each glass with a splash of sparkling water for that fizzy finish.
  • For an extra touch, garnish with fresh fruit slices or mint leaves.

Notes

For an added flavor twist, feel free to experiment with different fruits and sweeteners.
