Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound hot pork sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix Do not pack down
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to add more

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, mix together hot pork sausage and softened cream cheese.
  • Add in Bisquick baking mix and stir until combined.
  • Then add in shredded cheddar cheese and stir until combined.
  • Scoop up meat mixture and form into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes to chill.
  • Once chilled, bake for about 25 minutes. Then serve!

Notes

Do not pack down your measuring cup when measuring the Bisquick to prevent dry sausage balls. You can combine ingredients with your hands if you don’t have a mixer. Flash-freeze before packing for storage. Switch up flavors using different cheese or baking mixes.
