Base

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ cup marshmallow creme
  • ¼ cup heavy cream

Preparation

  • Place the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar to the cream cheese, mixing until fully combined.
  • Mix in the vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in the marshmallow creme until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • In a separate small bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Fold the whipped heavy cream into the cream cheese mixture until the dip is light and fluffy.
  • Serve immediately with fresh fruit or chill for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a slightly tangier dip, substitute 2 tablespoons of the heavy cream with plain Greek yogurt. If you prefer a thicker dip, reduce the heavy cream to 3 tablespoons. This dip pairs well with strawberries, grapes, melon, and pineapple.
