Ingredients
  

Chicken Filling

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Dough

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar, ranch dressing, and chopped green onions. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
  • Open the package of refrigerated crescent roll dough and unroll it onto a clean surface. Separate it into individual triangles.
  • On the wide end of each triangle, place a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture (about two tablespoons per triangle).
  • Starting from the wide end, roll the dough around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go. Pinch the ends to seal.
  • Place the filled chicken bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
