Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup Butterscotch Chips
  • ½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups Chow Mein Noodles
  • Chocolate Easter Egg Candy

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a sauce pan over low heat. Continually stir until melted.
  • In a separate bowl, combine melted mixture with Chow Mein noodles.
  • Scoop desired amount into the shape of a nest on a parchment paper lined pan.
  • Top with chocolate Easter egg candy.
  • Let cool completely.

Notes

Make sure to let the cookies cool completely before serving to ensure they hold their shape. Feel free to add different types of candy on top for variety.
