Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with finely chopped garlic. Bake for 10 minutes at 190°C.
In a pan, pour a drizzle of olive oil. Add brown sugar, balsamic cream, and whole cherry tomatoes. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes are well roasted.
On the lightly toasted bread, place a small burrata and spread it on top. Sprinkle with Espelette pepper to your liking.
Add the roasted tomatoes, basil leaves, and finish with a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy immediately!
