  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 ½ cups cucumber, sliced thinly

  • cup toasted hazelnuts

Vinaigrette Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener)
