  • 12×16 inch parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 2 small white onions sliced ¼ inch thin rounds
  • 7 oz shredded parmesan cheese (198.45 g)
  • 0.5 tbs olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • paprika to taste
  • Lazy Tzatziki for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400℉. Line a 12×17 inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle the baking sheet with the cheese to create a thin even layer. Line up the onion ring slices without overlapping. Brush the tops of onion rings with olive oil and season with salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before breaking apart to serve.

Notes

Make sure to use parchment paper. Aluminum foil or wax paper will not work here. Ensure onions are sliced thin.
